Zip Design

Zip design is a London based multidisciplinary studio that has been working for 13 years. They have done all sorts of design work, brand development, IPhone apps, web design, web development, web banners, motion graphics and illustrations.

The above images are for an IPhone app for s DJ tool for Paul van Dyk (PvD). The App includes a bpm reader, db reader, a seismic plotter and many more useful dj items.

New Toyota Prius advert

This is the new Toyota Prius Advert, the animations are great. Also think it is good as it is completely different to most car adverts. I find looking at different medias used to advertise thing helps when trying to come up with ideas. A good idea should be able to be used across a variety of medias.

Middle Boop

The above image is the Middle Boop, the illustrations were designed by Gordon Reid.
I like how it is done in different layers using different medias. I am usually not interested with illustrations but for some reason this one really stuck out, I think it as it is mixed with graphic images.

I was looking over a few blogs and I came across a post that interested me. On one of the blogs I found this post.

The blog post explains how in the environment there is lots of things that make an x. It goes on to say, I wonder if i press it it will close the city. Great!!

Heals Endsting

I found out who designed the logo for Heals the furniture company, it was Dominic Lippa, a Pentagram Partner. I sent over my Heals end sting as I was interested in what he thought of it. I received a quick response in which I was very happy with.

New Santander advert - Lewis Hamilton

This is the new santander advert, the whole effects throughout to give the logo impression are great. It all looks so real and excites all ages.
